As highly certified operators in the water industry, CECTI’s volunteers understand the importance of developing experienced and new operators to take on the challenge and responsibility of ensuring that residents and businesses have access to reliable water and wastewater services.
We provide the necessary training, educational outreach, and technical expertise to ensure operators have the necessary resources to sustain and advance in their careers.

Mission
CECTI is a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization committed to providing the education and training needed for water operators throughout the state of Colorado. Our volunteer-based organization provides programs intended to further the education of those professionals within the water/wastewater industry. Our goal is to further the development of water professionals as they carry out their job of providing critical services to the residents of Colorado.
